CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — A jewel on the Christiansted, St. Croix boardwalk, Caravelle Hotel & Casino is excited to partner with the United States Virgin Islands Department of Tourism and the Taste of St. Croix, Inc., to bring the 18th Annual Taste of St. Croix, “A Culinary Showcase” to Christiansted from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 15, 2018. In honor of this well-known event that highlights St. Croix’s culinary industry, Caravelle Hotel & Casino is offering a “Taste of the Town” package specially created for this exciting evening.
This year’s Taste of St. Croix will be a culinary block-party with more than 30 restaurants, chefs, farmers, and fishermen from around St. Croix showcasing gastronomic masterpieces crafted using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients. Rather than the culinary competition that attendees have enjoyed in the past, the 18th annual event commemorates St. Croix’s culinary community’s revitalization after hurricanes Irma and Maria and its readiness to support St. Croix’s hospitality industry in the upcoming 2018 – 2019 tourist season.

The Taste of St. Croix promises to be a fabulous community event with sell-out crowds. Guests will be treated to live entertainment on the main stage and tastings of wine, beers, and spirits, in addition to all of the excellent dishes to sample at this yearly tradition.
