Caribbean Private Island Resort Invites Guests To Celebrate

Golden Anniversary with “Celebrate 50” Package

Petit St. Vincent (October 2, 2018) – Following its annual summer closure and refurbishment, Petit St. Vincent, the 115-acre privately owned island resort in St Vincent and the Grenadines, will open its doors to welcome guests for the resort’s 50th season starting on November 1, 2018.

A true classic Caribbean resort, the private island with just 22 one- and two-bedroom cottages and villas looks better than ever at 50, with refreshed accommodation and upgraded amenities, and a staff that is ready to celebrate this milestone year with guests.

To celebrate the 50th season, Petit St. Vincent will be offering guests who book between now and December 15 (for stays at any time this season) the “Celebrate 50” package: guests will receive a $50 per cottage/villa DAILY credit to be used toward their choice of island activity, including diving at the Jean Michel Cousteau dive center, fishing or snorkeling charters on one of PSV’s own vessels, sailing excursions aboard the 49-foot sailing sloop Beauty or any treatment at the resort’s treetop Balinese spa. (Note: the credit may be used toward activities only, not room rates, flights, alcohol or boutique purchases.)

Petit St. Vincent has had just two changes in ownership over its 50-year history, and has kept true to its original laid-back luxury feel, albeit with thoughtfully implemented improvements, upgrades and added sustainability practices. Repeat guests (PSV has a 55% repeat guest rate) appreciate the dedication to the original unplugged ethos upon which the resort was built, while new guests feel as if they have stumbled upon the perfect mix of unpretentious luxury, privacy, authentic sense of place and personalized service.

The 2018/19 season will also see the return of Petit St. Vincent’s popular culinary series of events throughout the year, including wine tastings and cooking classes with guest winemakers/chefs, beer tastings with West Indies Beer and barrel aged rum tasting sessions.
