PARK HYATT ST. KITTS WELCOMES RICHARD ELLIOTT AS THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER

Park Hyatt St. Kitts Appoints Seasoned Hotelier as the New General Manager 

 

ST. KITTS (May 2022) –  Taking the helm at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts seasoned hotelier Richard Elliott has been appointed  General Manager. In his new role, Elliott will oversee the resort’s operations, including its 126 guest rooms and suites, five restaurants and bars, and 7,000 square feet of event space.   Elliott’s Hyatt career spans 17 years, including leadership positions with properties across four brands including the Hyatt Centric, Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt, and Andaz. Most recently, Elliott was the General Manager of the Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach, where he drove RevPar growth and enhanced sustainability initiatives and programming.

From his time directing Hyatt properties across the globe, Elliott brings a wealth of skills to Park Hyatt St. Kitts. Prior to his role with Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach, Elliot was the Director of Operations at the 300-room Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort. Additional experiences include spearheading Grand Hyatt Baha Mar’s pre-opening project as Senior Director of Rooms; exceeding customer service, colleague engagement, and hotel profitability for five consecutive years as Senior Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Casino & Spa; and overseeing rebranding efforts as Director of Rooms for Hyatt Regency Bonaventure & Convention Center in Florida.  “We are thrilled to welcome Richard Elliott to lead Park Hyatt’s sole Caribbean property,” said Thierry Guillot, Senior Vice President of Operations, Hyatt Latin America & Caribbean.” A Hyatt veteran, Richard has been a pivotal member of our family for nearly two decades.
