Charlestown, Nevis, August 8, 2018 — The Nevis Marathon & Running Festival will take your breath away! Not just because it is a running race but because it could possibly be the most beautiful course you”ve ever run.
Guests don’t need to be seasoned runners. In fact, many of the guests and families on the island take advantage of this great activity. While the main event is the Full Marathon, a Half Marathon, a 10K and a 5K distances are also offered. Simply choose your distance, register and make your way to Nevis for Saturday 8th September 2018 events.
The course takes you around this beautiful and tiny Caribbean island. All races begin in Charlestown, the capital of Nevis, with the streets lined with spectators to cheer on the runners and walkers. The courses are hilly with the exception of the 5k and particularly the marathon but runners will be able to take in the breathtaking beauty for which Nevis is known – the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and Nevis Peak, a volcanic mountain that rises up in the center of the island, as well as many picturesque vistas and colorful flora.
