PROVIDENCIALES, Turks & Caicos – The all-suite Ocean Club Resorts in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos has debuted a brand new multi-concept beachfront restaurant, Solana, ideally located at Ocean Club West on the widest section of Grace Bay Beach, which was named ‘Best Beach in the World’ by TripAdvisor’s Traveler’s Choice Awards. Operated by the owners of local popular restaurants Vix, Chopsticks and Garam Masala, Solana is open daily from 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. This addition rounds out the $6.5 million in renovations completed at both Ocean Club and Ocean Club West over the last three and a half years.

“Our goal is to provide our guests with a memorable experience for the entire family, which is why we consistently work to make our resort better with ongoing updates and additions,” said General Manager Nathanial Rigby. “We’re thrilled to be working with such well-known, successful restauranteurs that add to the culinary experience for both guests and islanders alike, offering dishes that appeal to guests of all ages with a laid-back beachfront ambiance.”

At Solana, guests have three diverse al fresco dining experiences to choose from. The Grill Deck offers an extensive menu ranging from sushi to burgers to lobster and more with spectacular views of the ocean. The Bar & Lounge exudes a laidback atmosphere and features live music on Thursday – Saturday evenings along with a curated cocktail list complemented by a delectable selection of tapas. Lastly, for a stimulating and interactive experience, The Solana Teppanyaki and Sushi Bar allows patrons to engage directly with the chefs.

Solana also arranges private, romantic dinners on the beach for couples. These tiki-lit, tailor-made dinners are offered two ways – prix fixe menu or a la carte. Couples can arrange a four-course prix fixe menu for two at $250 or book the table for $100 and order a la carte. Reservations must be booked in advance.

Other dining options at Ocean Club Resorts include the laid-back beachfront Cabana Bar & Grille and Opus Wine Bar, both located at Ocean Club. Ocean Club Resorts offers a complimentary shuttle between properties for guests.
