BARBADOS, March 2019 – Soulful jazz, exciting rounds of golf, and celebrity athletes return to Barbados for renowned contemporary jazz saxophonist Elan Trotman’s sixth annual Barbados Jazz Excursion & Golf Weekend. This year, the festival has been expanded to five days from Oct. 10-14, 2019 during Columbus Day Weekend. “The Barbados Jazz Excursion and Golf Weekend gives music and golf lovers from around the world, an opportunity to have an intimate experience with our world class performers and celebrities whilst enjoying the breathtaking attractions offered through our island excursion options,” said Trotman.

“This festival just keeps getting bigger and better and Elan is never content to sit on his laurels. The fact that he is a son of the soil makes us even more proud of his achievements and the fact that in spite of his international acclaim, he chooses to host his signature event in Barbados, lends testimony to the amazing island that we have,” said Petra Roach, U.S. Director of Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc.
