The Anguilla Tourist Board (ATB) is hosting the first ATB Virtual USA Travel Trade Roadshow for travel advisors, which will take place from January 26th – 29th, 2021. The USA is Anguilla’s primary source market, and American travelers have been the first to return once the island reopened its borders in late August.  The series is designed to update Anguilla’s US travel partners on all aspects of Anguilla’s tourism product, as the island welcomes visitors for the winter season. Island stakeholders will join the ATB sales representatives to present an in-depth overview of the accommodations, excursions, and activities available to visitors this winter, along with a review of the entry protocols currently in place.

“There is a great deal of interest in coming to Anguilla, from guests considering short stays of one to two weeks as well as longer, extended stays for 3 to 12 months,” stated Shellya Rogers-Webster, Manager, Corporate Affairs for the Anguilla Tourist Board. “However, we have noted that there is still some uncertainty regarding our protocols and the Anguilla experience on offer, so we scheduled this virtual roadshow to address all questions and reassure our trade partners that they can recommend Anguilla to their clients with confidence.  We look forward to welcoming both our old friends and our new guests this winter.”

About Anguilla

Tucked away in the northern Caribbean, Anguilla is a shy beauty with a warm smile. A slender length of coral and limestone fringed with green, the island is ringed with 33 beaches, considered by savvy travelers and top travel magazines, to be the most beautiful in the world. A fantastic culinary scene, a wide variety of quality accommodations at varying price points, a host of attractions and an exciting calendar of festivals make Anguilla an alluring and entrancing destination.  Anguilla lies just off the beaten path, so it has retained a charming character and appeal. Yet because it can be conveniently reached from two major gateways: Puerto Rico and St. Martin, and by private air, it’s a hop and a skip away. Romance? Barefoot elegance? Unfussy chic? And untrammeled bliss?   Anguilla is Beyond Extraordinary.
