Ocean Club Resorts, a pair of all-suite resorts along Grace Bay Beach, announce the launch of their new testing, culinary, and health and safety-first protocols. “The health, safety, and enjoyment of guests’ time with us remain our utmost priorities,” said Ocean Club Resorts Managing Director, Wilbert Mason, “our team has worked hard to provide an uninterrupted paradise escape for guests while adhering to new travel protocols as they are introduced. With the support of the surrounding restaurants, tour operators, and all who live and work on Providenciales, we have been able to maintain a secluded, well-protected destination for travelers to immerse themselves in to decompress from the past year.”
Ocean Club Resorts’ new pre-travel concierge service assists guests in the step-by-step process of meeting testing, insurance needs, and answer any additional questions on the enhanced sanitization methods at each resort and on the island. Meeting new CDC re-entry guidelines without disrupting the guests’ time on the island, the resorts have begun offering onsite PCR testing at their east location, priced at $185 per person, in addition to antigen testing at the west property, priced at $25 per person for guests. Antigen testing results are provided on the spot, PCR test results are provided within 48 hours. Complimentary transportation between resorts is provided.

The resorts have also begun implementing complimentary breakfast for guests throughout their visit. Those staying at Ocean Club will enjoy the first meal of the day at Cabana Bar & Grill, while guests making their home away from home at Ocean Club West can begin their day with breakfast along the beach at Solana. For the guests who prefer to dine in their spacious suite, to-go orders are now available from the three onsite restaurants and can also be delivered to each accommodation. Each suite is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette which can be pre-stocked with groceries prior to arrival. Guest information, a directory on activities, and amenities have all been made available via QR codes displayed within the suites.
Additionally, the Turks and Caicos Islands have received the Safe Travels Stamp from the World Travel and Tourism Council. This sought-after safety seal combined with the resorts’ health and safety protocols and the extra precautions major carriers flying into the islands are taking, ensures an enjoyable beach escape. Both Ocean Club and Ocean Club West provide the remarkable experience guests look for when visiting beachside paradise, allowing guests to wash away the past year and refresh in Turks & Caicos.
