Sandals Resorts is thrilled to announce that Sandals Grande Antigua is open for business again, following a brief three-month refresh this fall.
The resort, located in St. Johns, Antigua, welcomed its first guests since September this past Sunday, December 17. Julien and Shereece Charles (pictured above) were greeted by cultural dancers, steel pan music and a host of team members to welcome them back to the resort. “I am pleased to announce that Sandals Grande Antigua is reopening this December on schedule and the entire team is waiting with open arms,” Sandals founder and Chairman Gordon “Butch” Stewart said in a letter to Sandals Resorts guests. “The wood is gleaming, the brass is polished and the resort is shining like brand new, so come to Sandals Grande Antigua and be our guest.”
Sandals Grande Antigua was briefly closed following Hurricane Irma, but is fully operational today and enthusiastically welcoming guests back to the Luxury Included resort. With the Caribbean’s finest accommodations, unlimited all-inclusive activities and 11 five-star global gourmet restaurants, this resort is even better than before.
