For travelers looking for top-shelf privacy and a safe resort stay; Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is offering the “Live the Suite Life” package with spacious resort suites separate from the rest of the resort. The Regency Suites at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve offers a private pool, private outdoor patio, direct beach access, and an outdoor shower. The package includes three meals delivered to the suite per day, so guests don’t have to worry about interacting with others. These private suites are great for families, pod travel, and romantic getaways as well.
Discover a beachside getaway steps from the water at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, a family-friendly resort framed against the backdrop of the beautiful El Yunque rainforest. Lounge by our sprawling lagoon-style pool, get a round of golf in at one of our two Tom Kite designed 18-hole championship golf courses, or tour the historic buildings of nearby Old San Juan. Whether you’re craving sushi, steak, or Puerto Rican specialties, you’ll find it among the five restaurants and three bars at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. Wake up to a Caribbean buffet, grab snacks at food trucks, then enjoy an elegant dinner at Nori, our Asian fusion restaurant.

Make yourself at home in one of the 579 rooms including 99 suites overlooking the resort’s gardens, its pools, or the rolling waves of the ocean. Pick out an oceanfront room with full views of the water or upgrade your stay with a deluxe suite that spans 1,075 square feet and has a Jacuzzi out on the terrace. After you’ve unpacked, head to nearby Carabalí Rainforest Park, where you can ride horses on riverside trails through the rainforest or take ATVs over the nearby foothills. Hyatt’s only full-service hotel on the island has also announced its Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment, which includes enhanced sanitation procedures and social distancing practices following guidance from the CDC, The AHLA, Ambridge Hospitality, and Hyatt. A unique advantage to the resort is its UV light purifying air conditioning units, which are installed in each one of its 579- bungalow-style rooms. Meeting spaces and restaurants are also undergoing upgrades to include the UV light AC units. Sweetening the pot, the resort comes with 3 restaurants with bars and lounges, 3 pools including a lagoon-style with a swim-up bar, kids pool and quiet pool, a spa with a private pool, 24-hour fitness center, and a trio of tennis courts. For the fitness-minded, yoga on the beach, salsa lessons, and beach volleyball are on the house.
Framed against the backdrop of the island’s magnificent El Yunque National Forest, the property’s amenities are now accessible to guests at limited capacity, including Puerto Rico’s largest lagoon-style pool, a private beach, and two 18-hole world-class Tom Kite-designed golf courses. Its five on-site restaurants and eateries will be opening in phases. The onsite rental company, Avis, will also be available to guests who prefer to avoid shared group travel to nearby attractions, such as El Yunque, Old San Juan, El Morro Castle, and Bio Bay Fajardo. As the travel industry starts to recover, Puerto Rico has been defining the island as an “innovator in pandemic travel” with the recent launch of thermographic cameras to detect high fevers in Puerto Rico’s main airport, Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, as well its locally enforced measures and guideline certifications developed by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) and the U.S.
