AMERICAN AIRLINES INCREASES SERVICE TO THE CARIBBEAN
New Flights Announced to Saint Lucia and Sint Maarten

American Airlines takes off with increased service to the Caribbean including flights to Sint Maarten and Saint Lucia starting in June. On June 5, American Airlines will launch new weekly flights between Dallas-Fort Worth and Sint Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM). The carrier will also launch new weekly flights between Dallas-Fort Worth and Saint Lucia’s Hewanorra International Airport (SLU).
Both new seasonal routes will be operating on Saturdays, with both routes operated on Airbus A321 aircraft. The Sint Maarten route will be operating from June through Aug. 14. Sint Maarten and Saint Lucia are both currently open for tourism. Both routes will launch online sales on Feb. 15.
