“Increasing airlift has always been the cornerstone of our strategy to grow Anguilla’s tourism industry,” stated the Hon. Minister of Tourism for Anguilla, Mr. Haydn Hughes. “The success of this service, which started with just two flights a week in December, grew to three flights in January, and will operate on a daily basis in April, is a testament to the demand for Anguilla and the strength of our tourism product.”    “At American, we have a strong commitment to the Caribbean and to continuing to strengthen our local footprint, now including almost 800 weekly flights to 35 destinations, and counting,” said Christine Valls, Vice President of Sales for Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean. “We are proud to continue expanding our presence in the island paradise of Anguilla, offering daily service from our Miami hub.” The Anguilla Tourist Board is supporting the service with a robust joint marketing campaign, in collaboration with American Airlines Vacations.   www.IvisitAnguilla.com

“We are operating in a fiercely competitive marketplace as travel rebounds from the pandemic,” declared Mr. Kenroy Herbert, Chairman of the Anguilla Tourist Board. “Accessibility is key, so non-stop service from the US mainland is a big advantage for us and an excellent opportunity for our visitors,” he continued.  “Our goal is to not only maintain this service but to expand it to other markets and attract additional carriers.”  For flights and reservations to Anguilla visit www.aa.com or contact your preferred Travel Advisor. For information on Anguilla please visit the official website of the Anguilla Tourist Board: www.IvisitAnguilla.com; follow us on Facebook: Facebook.com/AnguillaOfficial; Instagram: @Anguilla_Tourism; YouTube; Twitter: @Anguilla_Trsm, Hashtag: #MyAnguilla.
